The company originated from Hands International’s glove manufacturing operations as an executive supplier to Ansel. Today, it manages purpose-built manufacturing facilities that are leased to Ansel, supporting one of the world’s leading glove manufacturers. The 19-acre site features direct main road access, a fully developed road network, and integrated infrastructure to facilitate efficient large-scale industrial operations.
In line with evolving industry standards, the estate incorporates renewable energy solutions through solar rooftop installations across its facilities. These upgrades support environmental responsibility while strengthening operational efficiency and long-term resilience.
